   At the beginning of autumn 2011, we held tenders for participation in complex works on concreting structures and installing a roof made of Protan PVC membrane at the facility: "Multi-level parking at the address: Chelyabinsk, Kashirin Brothers Street. 126 (2nd stage of the Gulfstream car dealership)". After analyzing the proposals received, as well as the reputation of the bidders in the construction market of the city, we preferred cooperation with Stroytechnologiya LLC and were not mistaken.
   The staff of Stroytechnologiya LLC offered and agreed with the designer all the technical and accompanying documentation as soon as possible, prepared materials at the facility, and started work in the most convenient time for us. From September 201 to January 2012, the following works were carried out:

        Installation of concrete floors in the premises of service maintenance - 3240 sq.m.;
Installation of concrete foundations for equipment - 126 cubic meters;
Installation of a monolithic floor and a lifting ramp on otm. +7.100 - 390 cubic meters;
        Roofing device with the use of modern polymer waterproofing material "Prolan" based on PVC - 3,241 sq. m.

The developer and investor is an official dealer of the Ford company "Planet Auto". From July 2009 to January 2010, the following works were carried out:
   1.    Turnkey finishing works in the premises of service maintenance and areas of interactive acceptance of cars.

    sticker of ceramic granite floor and wall tiles - 2 144 m2;
    improved plastering and wall painting - 1 802 m2;
    and others .

   2.    Construction of concrete foundations with increased evenness for high-precision equipment:

    vehicle suspension and shock absorbers test stand;
    electronic diagnostic line for express diagnostics.

   The work was carried out at the maximum pace with the use of modern equipment, with high quality and culture of work. During the work, the company's staff was guided and strictly complied with the requirements of the project, SNIP and Technological Regulations.
   It should be particularly noted that these works were carried out during the economic crisis and low down payment.
