OOO "SC NIKS"

  The construction company "NIX" has been cooperating with the company JSC "Stroytechnology" since the beginning of 2012. Over the past period of time, Stroytechnology JSC has taken part in the construction of two significant residential facilities in Chelyabinsk, erected by our organization:
- Luxury residential complex Fenix de Luxe on Zwilling street;
- A new residential building on 24 Vorovsky Street.
   At these facilities, the forces of JSC "Stroytechnologiya" carried out complex work on the installation of flooring of underground parking lots, including:
- installation of a concrete floor with a reinforced top layer with a total area of 6,640 m2;
- marking and traffic signs on all parking areas;
- the device of polymer coating of ramps of entrances and exits of parking lots;
- other general construction works necessary for the delivery of a turnkey parking floor covering.
   At the preparatory stage, as well as during the work, the company JSC "Stroytechnologiya" proved itself as a professional participant in the construction industry.  Quickly solving assigned and unforeseen tasks, promptly responding to the comments and requests of the Customer, JSC Stroytechnologiya delivered the entire volume of work assigned to it on time and with proper quality.
